Sarah Jessica Parker- the fashion icon from Sex and the city

I recently did a fashion illustration of Sarah Jessica Parker, as known as Carrie Bradshaw in the TV show Sex and the city. She is a the master of fashion world, who is always so stylish and fashion forward. I like to collect her street style photos for years.

RAW artist- featured artist in houston- Rongrong DeVoe

I am so excited to announce that I am going to be the featured artist for RAW(natural born artist) at August 28th in Houston. I started Rongrong Illustration a month ago, but my dream to have a public space showcase my art has been 15 years. The coordinator found me through my etsy shop, www.rongrongillustration.etsy.com. This is going to make my dream come true! I am so lucky that professionals like my art and want me be part of the artists community. Only one month away, I am going to do a lot of preparation for the only first time experience. I am looking forward to make friends with more artists that are in all kinds of fields as well.

Shoes addiction #2- Polka dots shoe fashion illustration

How cute to own a pair of polka dots flats! Either you can wear them everyday or you can simply use this watercolor fashion illustration to décor your home or office. I always like polka dots a lot and I just can not stop drawing them as well!!
I titled this shoe fashion illustration "Metallic and dots ". I completed it by pencil and watercolor.

I am working on my project of creating a shoe illustration series for calendar of 2015. Every girl loves heels, I am excited to working on this 2015 calendar project, I hope it will turn out nice and can be a joyful artworks as home or office décor!

First sale in my etsy store!

I had my first sale in my etsy store yesterday! Not only this, it was first time I sold my art to somebody. I can not be more happy when I saw my order showed up on the screen:). Last Mother's day, I gave my mother in law a special gift which was a customized illustration based on an old photo of her and my husband. I am so happy she loved it!
